About This Prospect

Our Sun Valley store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store’s Customer Service department. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Customer service experience is desired, but not essential
Ability to supervise team members
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
Unparalleled commitment to customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both team members and management
A flair for merchandising
Commitment to work health and safety standards
