About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist / Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based care across the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane . You’ll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program , helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

Permanent Full time or Part time role available.
Salary Range - Up to $120,000

What You’ll Do:
Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.




Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

About you:
Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
