We are seeking compassionate and clinically skilled nurses available to start ASAP, with PM shifts and occasional night shifts on offer.
A willingness to travel throughout the region is essential to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical protocolsConducting client assessments, developing care plans, and reviewing them as neededAdministering medications and treatments safely and accuratelyManaging wound care, catheter care, chronic disease monitoring, and post-hospital supportLeading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers as requiredLiaising with families, allied health professionals, and medical practitioners to ensure continuity of careDocumenting all care provided and observations in compliance with standardsResponding to changes in client condition with sound clinical judgement and timely escalationPromoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for each clientSupporting clients through palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalismWhat We're Looking ForMust have at least 12 months of professional/post-grad experience as an RNCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseA current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleCurrent National Police Check, or willingness to obtain oneMust have unrestricted work rights in AustraliaExperience in home care, aged care, community health, or hospital nursingStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsA commitment to holistic, person-centred careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel locally to provide in-home careMust be available during PM shifts and occasional night shiftsIf you're a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact and support our nation's veterans, we'd love to hear from you.
