We're looking for a friendly, motivated Helpdesk / IT Support Officer to join our team.

This is available as a full-time or part-time position based in Matraville, NSW.What you'll be doingRespond to and resolve user IT support requests via phone, email and our logging system in a timely mannerProvide first and second level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issuesInstall, configure and maintain end-user devices including computers, printers and peripheralsCreate and manage user accounts and access permissions in accordance with company policiesDocument all support tickets and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutionsEscalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessaryAssist with IT infrastructure maintenance and system updatesMaintain IT equipment inventory and asset trackingSupport the rollout of new IT systems and solutionsWhat we're looking forFriendly,
