Due to continued growth, we're looking for a qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team.The RoleThis is a full-time position based primarily in our Hemmant workshop, with occasional field service work as required.
You'll be working across a variety of trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles, carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and fleet vehiclesCarry out mechanical inspections and fault findingMaintain clean, organised,



and safe work areasComplete job notes and documentation to a high standardWork both independently and as part of a teamAssist with the day to day operations of the workshop and assisting other trades/ apprentices where requiredOccasional field service work (vehicle provided when required)What We're Looking ForTrade-qualified Heavy Vehicle MechanicHR licence preferredPrevious experience preferred – newer mechanics are welcome to apply, but experienced applicants will be prioritisedStrong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding abilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent driver's licenceWhat We Offer$48–$60 per hour + super (based on experience)Above award pay ratesRDO available – because work/life balance mattersRegular overtime available (if you want it)Reliable, long-term employment with consistent workSupportive team culture with no egosVariety in day-to-day workVehicle provided for right candidate.If you're a mechanic looking for a solid role with a positive crew, consistent work, and a workshop that backs its people, we'd love to hear from you.
