GEM Switchboards has been producing quality, low voltage switchboards for over 60 years for the commercial, industrial and telecommunication sectors.About the RoleWe're currently looking for motivated Electrical Fitters / Switchboard Electrician's to join the growing team at GEM Switchboards.Based in our workshop in West Gosford, this role involves building and wiring custom low voltage switchboards for commercial and industrial projects.
You'll be part of a fast-paced manufacturing setting working with an experienced team that values quality, reliability, and teamwork.This is a factory-based position only — no onsite installation work required.Your day-to-day duties will include:Wiring and fitting electrical switchboardsInstalling electrical components and equipmentReading and working from technical drawings and layoutsBusbar assembly and control wiringTesting completed boards prior to dispatchAssisting with production deadlines and workflowMaintaining workshop cleanliness and safe work practicesAbout our businessGEM Switchboards is a locally owned and operated electrical manufacturing company.
