We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team.This position is specifically for a Sous Chef role.The role is permanent full time, leading a team of chefs and catering members at our luxury home in Northbridge NSW ****.This role will be hands on and "on the tools", but also require someone strong in managing the catering team.About you:Enjoys creating high quality mealsExperience in running a kitchenMinimum 1-2 years of kitchen management experience requiredExperience in aged care highly valuedConfident in leading a teamExperience managing teams of 10+ staff membersMature in leadership and well presentedAccountable, organised, structuredAustralian citizenship or permanent residency requiredThe role:Is hands-on and requires you to cook dailyRequires you to uphold high standards of compliance across aged care,
