As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.
This role will be responsible for helping us scale without compromising the Aussie Chiller quality standards that set us apart.
As Production Manager, you'll take full ownership of our production operations.
You'll plan our daily production activities to achieve targets on quality, output and cost, You will lead our production staff and oversee the production floor to ensureevery hat we produce is made efficiently and meets our quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Plan, schedule and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
Lead, roster and monitor the performance of a team of production staff.
Monitor and enforce quality control standards across every stage of the hat manufacturing.




Monitor production output and costs, adjusting processes and resources to minimise costs and maximise efficiency.
Manage raw material and stock levels, liaising with suppliers to minimise supply interruptions.
Identifying and addressing inefficiencies in workflow, equipment use, and manage waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing health and safety standards and maintain a safe, well‐organised factory environment.
Report on production KPIs, costs, and performance to management.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimise downtime.
About You
About You Proven experience in as a production manager; five years or more years of leadership experience is preferred.
Strong people‐management skills.
Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and quality control processes.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Problem‐solver who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
Passion for Australian‐made manufacturing and quality craftsmanship.
