You'll be part of a permanent team supporting a fully automated site, working with world‐class technology on a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift roster, while building skills and career pathways within the growing automation industry.Your ImpactMonitor and support daily operations of fully automated warehouse systemsRespond to system alarms, warnings, blockages, and operational issuesPerform basic low‐risk maintenance tasks such as replacing sensors, filters, and consumablesRefill and exchange consumables including foil, labels, and cartonsClear system blockages and support smooth material flowCommunicate effectively with internal teams and customer personnel to minimise disruptionsGuide client staff on correct machine processes and safe equipment operationWork independently or collaboratively to maintain high operational performanceWhat makes you a great fit?
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a high‐technology environmentGood communication skills in English, both written and verbalBasic mechanical or electrical aptitude and problem‐solving skillsPhysically fit and comfortable working on a rotating shift rosterAustralian or New Zealand citizenship,
