This role is hands on and varied, involving food preparations, setup and pack down (bump in and out), and assist in delivering outstanding customer service during event day operations.About the Role:Casual position – weekend and evening availability essentialAssist the owner with food service and production on event daysDeliver excellent customer service and help ensure smooth event operationsMaintain food safety and cleanliness standardsHelp with set-up, pack-down,



and general team coordinationRequirements:Experience in hospitality or food truck service preferredMUST have at a minimum MR licenceGood communication and leadership skillsA valid Food Safety CertificateAbility to work weekends and evenings.
