The role involves servicing commercial coffee equipment at customersites and in the workshop.Key DutiesInstallation and commissioning of commercial espresso machines and equipmentDiagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical faultsPreventative maintenance and scheduled servicingCustomer training and support on equipment operation and basic troubleshootingAccurate service reporting and documentationParticipation in an after-hours on-call roster on a rotating basisSkills and Experience RequiredApplicants must demonstrate:Current QLD Electrical Work Licence (or ability to obtain/transfer where applicable)Proven experience diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment in a service/fieldStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and complianceHighly regarded:Previous experience servicing commercial espresso machines or similar commercialequipmentRefrigeration or related technical exposure (where relevant)
