Vittles Hospitality Group PTY LTD – Fortitude Valley QLDOur-owned and operated cafe located in Fortitude Valley is seeking experienced staff for the following position;Barista all rounder x 2Baristas are responsible for preparing various kinds of drinks in a rapid-paced hospitality settings.Responsibilities:Welcoming customers, taking their orders and handling paymentsDescribing the differences in coffee beans and roasts to customersGrinding coffee using a coffee grinder and adjusting the grinder as neededPreparing espresso-based coffee drinks.
Preparing other beverages, including tea,



hot chocolate and frozen drinksDuties:Keeping coffee-making equipment clean throughout the day and following a procedure to thoroughly clean the equipment at the end of the dayreplenishing shelves and fridges with required itemsWhat we're looking for:Experience in a busy cafe with great coffeeA team player with a positive and professional communication styleA barista with passionExceptional attention to detailAdherence to health and safety standardsExperience and Qualifications:A barista certification and two years' work experience, or three years' work experience for those without relevant qualifications' high volumeBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
