Position Overview
As aNight Control Room Operator, you will play a critical role in the coordination and monitoring of site operations.
You will be responsible for managing communications, responding to incidents, and ensuring the smooth functioning of cleaning and security services across designated sites.
Positions available: Full-time




Potential earnings / Award Level 4 - $*****+ Penalty Rates + With Sign On bonus upon hiring
Shifts: Permanent Night shifts
Roster
Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday – 18:00pm to 6:00am
Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV systems and site activity to ensure safety and complianceCoordinate cleaning and security teams across multiple locationsRespond to alarms, incidents, and service requests in real-timeMaintain accurate logs and incident reportsCommunicate with site supervisors, clients, and emergency services as neededEnsure adherence to operational procedures and safety protocolsSupport rostering, shift coverage, and workforce coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in a control room or operations coordination role preferredStrong communication and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with CCTV, radio, and dispatch systemsAbility to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to incidentsBasic computer literacy and report writing skillsAvailability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysSecurity license or relevant certifications may be required depending on site
