We’re supporting a rapid-growing tech business that’s investing heavily in customer success. You’ll focus on maximising value from an established and engaged customer base, while progressively taking responsibility for larger, more strategic accounts as the role evolves.
What you’ll do
Own and nurture a portfolio of existing customers
Drive renewals, upsell and expand platform usage
Build genuine relationships as a trusted advisor
Turn insight into action and influence strategy
Play a key role in a business that’s scaling rapidly
$95k base or close to + super | OTE $157k (all inclusive)
Incentives aligned to realistic growth targets (with ramp-up support)
Hybrid working – just 2 days in office
~3 years experience in SaaS Account Management or Customer Success
Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue impact
A relationship builder who enjoys ownership and accountability
Any experience with Hubspot CRM would be highly desirable.
