Our training program will teach you everything you need to know about the Lagree method, the Megaformer, and how to teach and motivate clients.
Our unique classes are high energy, low impact, and full body.

Training ResponsibilitiesAttend instructor training coursesObserve and take classes taught by current instructorsTeach mock classesQualificationsAvailability to teach at least 5 classes per weekAvailability to attend team meetings and workshopsPrior fitness and Lagree experience is a plusExperience with a Megaformer is a plus
