AAA specialises in industrial high-pressure water blasting, vacuum trucks operations, tippers, excavators , construction and building maintenance including concrete and earth works, and major emergency response across a range of sectors including aviation, infrastructure, manufacturing and food & beverage factories.
Due to ongoing work demands, we are seeking reliable and safety-focused Labourers and Operators to join their team.
About the Role
These roles are based primarily at Brisbane Airport, with opportunities across a range of civil, infrastructure and environmental projects throughout South East Queensland.
As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of excavators across a variety of works, while also assisting the team with general site activities as required.
Duties include
Operating excavators safely and efficiently across a variety of civil and environmental projects
Excavation, trenching, loading and earthmoving activities
Working around underground services and following excavation permits and plans
Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic plant maintenance
Assisting with hydro excavation, vacuum truck and high-pressure water blasting operations where required
Supporting maintenance shutdowns and project works
General labouring and manual handling as required
Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment
Working in accordance with SWMS, site procedures and client requirements.
What We're Looking For
Previous excavator operating experience within civil, construction or infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of safe excavation practices
A genuine commitment to safety and following procedures
Ability to work both independently and within a team




Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
Skilled presentation when representing AAA Industrial Services on all client sites
Willingness to assist with general labouring and other operational duties when required
Current Excavator (LE) competency/ticket
Demonstrated excavator operating experience
Current White Card
Current Manual Driver Licence (Preferred)
HR Licence (Highly regarded)
Experience working around underground services
Physically fit for manual work
Strong understanding of workplace health and Safety
HR or HC Licence
Final Trip GPS experience
VOC for excavator
Confined Space
Working at Heights
EWP
High Pressure Water Blasting Experience
