You'll work closely with cross‐functional teams to enhance product quality, efficiency, and innovation within a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport EPD and product improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost performanceIdentify and implement cost‐reduction and process‐optimisation opportunitiesAnalyse production processes, ingredients, machinery and yields to pinpoint improvementsEnsure products meet food safety, regulatory and customer quality standardsProvide technical R&D; support across operations, supply chain, procurement and QATroubleshoot product, process and quality issues and support root cause analysisConduct trials in pilot and factory environments and track outcomesResearch current ingredients,



packaging and processing technologiesUse data‐driven insights to support formulation improvements and scalabilityManage timelines, deliverables and key milestones across simultaneous projectsAbout YouDegree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field2+ years' experience in product development, R&D;, QA or food manufacturingStrong understanding of HACCP, FSANZ, GMP and food safety principlesAnalytical thinker with experience running trials and solving production issuesExcellent communicator with strong cross‐functional collaboration skillsDetail‐oriented, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‐paced manufacturing environmentWhy Work for Primo?
