We're looking for a high‐energy, people‐focused Chiropractic Assistant who loves systems and connection — someone who can confidently manage patient flow at the front desk while also owning patient relationships, accounts, and follow‐ups.
This role is for a Check‐In (CICA), making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being central to the heartbeat of a thriving clinic.
About the Role
You'll be the timekeeper, communicator, and relationship‐builder of the practice.
On any given shift, you'll:
Ensure smooth patient flow and on‐time appointmentsCreate an exceptional first and last impression for every patientSupport patient compliance and help them stay on track with careWork closely with the chiropractic team to keep the clinic running seamlessly
This is a hands‐on, patient‐facing role with real responsibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Flow & Experience (Check‐In Focus)
Be ready and prepared for incoming patients at all timesManage appointment flow, OSA (Originally Scheduled Appointments),



and complianceSet explicit expectations for visits (scans, consults, reports, exams, x‐rays)Act as the timekeeper of the office, supporting smooth transitions between appointmentsAssist with incoming calls when neededBuild long‐term patient relationships rooted in trust and clarity
Extra Responsibilities & Team Involvement
Monday Team Meeting & Team Training: *****am – 12pm

Work Hours
Regular weekly shifts include:
Tuesday: 2:15pm – 6:45pmWednesday: 2:15pm-6:45pmThursday: 7:00am – 11:15am & 2:15pm – 6:45pm
