As aHome Services Officer, you will play a vital role in shaping each resident's daily experience of comfort,dignityand wellbeing.
You will be part of the onsite hospitality team delivering high-quality dining,cleaningand laundry services within a safe,welcomingand person-centred workplace.You will be organised, motivated and take pride in delivering excellent service, supporting residents with the following:Assistwithmeal preparation and service, ensuring meals are delivered safely and meet dietary requirementsSet up andmaintainclean, welcoming dining areasand support residents during mealtimesPerformcleaning and laundry duties, includingmaintainingresident rooms and shared areas and caring for clothing and linenEngage with residents in awarm and respectful manner, creating a positive experienceDeliver ahigh standard of hygiene and safetyacross all tasksSupport the team withdaily operationsto ensure smooth service deliveryRole requirements:Prior experience in hospitality, cleaning,
