IWAA provides Aged Care, Disability Support Services, Community Development, and Settlement Support Services through the receipt of funding from the State and Federal Government.About the roleWe are looking for casual enthusiastic and caring home care employees to join IWA and make a difference in the life of our clients.
You will be expected to:Travel to client's homesProvide domestic assistance in client's homesConduct Meal preparation for client's in their homesDeliver personal care services to the client (if qualified)Provide social support to the client with everyday activities and assist clients with appointmentsDeliver services with care, diligence and compassionProvide care in accordance with the Care plan of the clientLiaise and work collaboratively with our Aged Care TeamPrior experience in Aged Care or knowledge of providing care to vulnerable members of the communityDrivers licenceWillingness to travel/flexibilityFirst Aid/CPRNDIS Clearance/Working with Children CheckAbility to speak a second languageCertificate 3 or above in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
