Workforce International is looking for a Production Worker to work Monday to Thursday for one of our clients located in Somersby.
As a Production Worker you will be an essential part of the production team, responsible for ensuring that our products are manufactured to quality standard, packaged accurately and on time.
Your primary role is to operate machines and production equipment to ensure they achieve the desired functions.Your main responsibilities will include:Manufacture, mix, and package farming products like fertilizers and pesticides by handling raw materialsOperate basic factory machinery,



and maintaining strict safety rulesWeigh and load raw chemical ingredients into production equipment according to accurate formulas and specifications.Accurately applying labels to products following specified guidelines and packaging of completed productsMonitor the equipment and perform maintenance to ensure it produces high-quality products.Manual handling of boxes prepared for distributionAdhere to safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organisedWhat we are looking for:Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environmentAbility to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testingStrong manual handling skills and physical stamina to carry out repetitive tasksSomeone who is punctual and reliable
