This role is ideal for someone who is confident working one-on-one, enjoys building rapport, and is passionate about supporting independence, capacity building, and wellbeing.About the RoleYou will provide person-centred, recovery-oriented support to participants, assisting them to engage in the community, attend appointments, and build everyday life skills.Shift availability:Daytime and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal care and routines as requiredProvide community access support, including attending appointments and social activitiesSupport capacity building, independence, and daily living skillsMonitor wellbeing, manage risk, and follow NDIS Practice StandardsComplete progress notes, incident reports, and required documentationGreat communication Skills - communicate effectively with participants, families,
