Automotive Technician -Full Time- MANAGER POSITIONAPPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN OR HAVE AN AUSTRALIAN RECOGNIZED CERTIFICATION.We are looking for a highly skilled, fully qualified Automotive Technician to step into a key role within our business and take ownership of workshop management and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Manage daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely job completionSupervise, lead, and support a team of technicians and apprenticesAllocate work based on skills, workload, and priorityMaintain high standards of workmanship, quality control, and safetyDiagnose and assist with complex mechanical issues when requiredLog-book Servicing, minor and major servicesManage parts inventory, ordering, and supplier relationshipsPrepare and approve repair estimates, quotes, and invoiceHandle customer enquiries, concerns, and service updates professionallyQualifications:Fully qualified Automotive Mechanic (Australian recognized certificate ONLY).
Proven experience as an Automotive TechnicianStrong problem solving and communication skillsUnderstanding of electrical and mechanical systems in vehiclesMUST have Manual licenseOwn toolsConfident communicator with a customer-first attitudeDemonstrates the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.Experience with Subaru and Toyota (desirable not a must)Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified mechanic is requiredWhat we offerAt Formula Automotive,
