You will manage and oversee the daily store operations and contribute to the overall atmosphere and customer satisfaction, ensuring that Daiso continues to be a preferred shopping destination.What You'll Be DoingKeep the store humming: implement smooth, efficient processes with energy that rubs off on the whole teamChase the numbers, with heart: lead your team to hit financial and performance KPIs, with reporting done on time, every timeBuild a dream team: recruit, train, mentor and grow a crew who genuinely love delivering great service and living the Daiso cultureRun the daily grind: rostering, timesheets and policy compliance,
all sorted like clockworkMaster the art of merchandising: manage high-volume inventory and visual standards so the store always feels fresh, fun and full of surprisesStay on top of stock: Manage inventory accuracy, deliveries and stock control to keep the shelves ready for whatever customers discover nextKeep it looking sharp: uphold presentation standards that make customers stop and take noticeSafety first, always: ensure health & safety and company policy are front of mind, every shiftWho We're Looking For2+ years' experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in a high-volume environmentNatural leadership — you inspire people, not just manage themSharp communication, organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at onceA problem-solver's mindset and a decision-maker's confidenceFlexibility to work weekends and holidays.
