Customer Delivery Representative/MR Delivery DriverAt Australian Motoring Services, we're proud to bring together trusted brands like Club Assist to deliver essential services to our members and customers across Australia.As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Customer Delivery Representative to join our team based in Toowoomba.This is a hands‐on, autonomous and fast‐paced role where you'll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Supporting the Club Assist network, you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers and contractors receive the right products, at the right time.What you'll be doing:Delivering stock to customers as per scheduled runs, ensuring timely and reliable serviceMaintaining consistent service frequency across your customer baseCompleting daily safety checks and adhering to HSE standardsAccurately managing stock and cash movementsProcessing warranty replacements in line with standard proceduresManaging stock in accordance with Stock on Hand policiesEnsuring all required documentation is completed for each customer interactionAbout you:Experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentReliable, trustworthy,



and someone who takes pride in a job well doneStrong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationshipsComfortable with physical work, including regular lifting (average 17kg)Current forklift licence (LF or LO)Positive computer skills and strong attention to detailCommitted to safety and maintaining high standardsConfident communicator with basic written English skillsAble to work well under pressure in a fast‐paced environmentWho are we and why join us?
