Since opening in October ****, we've built our reputation on exceptional service, solid communication, and genuine long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.We are now seeking an experienced Payroll Officer / Administration Support professional to join our team in Acacia Ridge.About the Role:Working alongside our Business Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function for all Reliance Workforce casual, temporary, and permanent employees - up to 150 workers weekly across multiple industrial awards.
You will be working on our front end and assisting our candidates during interview processesThis role requires, high attention to detail,



and expert-level understanding of award interpretation within the industrial sector.Key Responsibilities:Process weekly payroll for up to 150 casual and permanent staffInterpret and apply multiple industrial awards accuratelyComplete payroll data entry and verificationProcess weekly client invoices through FoundURespond to all payroll-related queriesMaintain and update client and payroll reportsRespond to Centrelink and Child Support enquiriesAnswer incoming calls and assist with general office dutiesAbout You:5+ years of payroll experience (mandatory)Expert knowledge of industrial awardsExperience with Xero Payroll, FoundU, and invoicing systemsStrong understanding of payroll deadlines and complianceHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent time management and organisational skillsReliability and flexibility during peak periods (Easter & Christmas)Positive, team-focused attitudeHigh integrity, honesty, and professionalismAustralian citizenship is required
