Accounts Assistant (Entry Level / Junior)We are seeking a reliable and detail‐focused Accounts Assistant / Junior Accounts Officer to support daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general office administration.
This role is suited to someone who is organised, accurate with data entry, and confident working across multiple tasks.
Accounts experience is preferred but not required.
training will be provided to the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with daily bank reconciliationsGeneral bookkeeping and data entry across multiple accountsEntering supplier bills, delivery dockets, and related paperwork accuratelyProcessing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice creation and purchase order matchingMaintaining organised financial records and supporting the Bookkeeper with accounts administrationManaging general office administration duties and data entryAnswering and making phone calls, responding to emails,
