It will also divert up to 97% of the waste currently sent to landfill.Progressively rolling out during the next six years, our initial focus is three integrated but distinct facilities – ARRC Organics, ARRC Recycling and ARRC Energy.
The three facilities will process the waste from your green, yellow and red bins respectively.
In fact, ARRC Organics in Yatala is already doing just that.ARRC is also developing a circular economy innovation park (ARRC Innovation) and community hub (ARRC Hub) as well as looking at opportunities to decarbonise the City's vehicles through ARRC Hydrogen.The OpportunityWe are seeking a capable and organised Procurement Officer to support the delivery of procurement, sourcing and contract administration services across ARRC.Working closely with the Procurement Manager and a broad range of project, technical, operational, finance and legal stakeholders, you will coordinate compliant and commercially sound procurement processes from planning and market engagement through to tender evaluation, approvals, contract award and post award administration.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to value for money outcomes, effective risk management,



supplier performance and the timely delivery of key projects and business priorities.Your Key Responsibilities – Make Your MarkStrategic and Commercial ProcurementSupport procurement planning and sourcing activitiesUndertake market research, spend analysis and commercial benchmarkingAssist with the development and implementation of procurement strategiesIdentify opportunities to improve procurement practices, systems and commercial outcomes.Tendering and Contract AdministrationAssist with tender documentation, evaluation and contract developmentCoordinate procurement and contract documentation, approvals and registersSupport supplier and contract management activitiesMonitor supplier performance and contract complianceEscalate identified issues and risks as required.Procurement Operations and GovernanceCoordinate procurement activities in accordance with approved delegations and thresholdsMaintain accurate procurement records, registers and reportingSupport compliance with procurement policies, procedures and probity requirementsAssist with procurement audits, compliance reviews and corrective actionsStakeholder EngagementWork collaboratively with project, technical, operational and corporate stakeholdersSupport operational and project procurement requirementsProvide practical procurement information, tools and guidanceContribute to continuous improvement across procurement activities.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a procurement professional who is commercially aware,



organised and comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.You will bring sound procurement knowledge, strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate sourcing and contract administration activities in a fast-paced project workplace.
You will be confident analysing information, maintaining accurate records and supporting procurement processes from planning through to contract award.Preferred QualificationsTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field.Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement, contract administration, commercial analysis or a related roleExperience supporting sourcing, procurement reporting and contract administration within a construction, professional services or project delivery environments.Personal AttributesDemonstrated integrity, ethics and professionalismAbility to deliver accurate, high-quality work under pressureCollaborative and adaptable approachCommitment to environmental and social sustainability, modern slavery risk management and circular economy principlesWhy ARRC Gold Coast?
