About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our quick‑growing team in VIC. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, helping them continue to live safely and independently at home.

The role requires 2 hours each week on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 14:30. The role offers adaptable weekday timing, travel reimbursement, and company‑provided PPE.

Your Responsibilities
Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
Offer social support and respite care
Transport clients to appointments
Maintain accurate care records

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
