That's why we're looking for someone who is confident, energetic, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people.This is a part-time position (Monday to Friday), although we are happy to offer flexibility around hours for the right person.Who we're looking forI enjoy speaking with customers and am naturally confident on the phone.I can remain calm, friendly and professional even when customers have a problem.I believe every customer deserves an outstanding experience.I don't simply pass problems on—I enjoy finding solutions.I enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same.I'm organised and can accurately record information while talking with customers.I'm confident using computers and can quickly switch between different software programs.I enjoy learning technical products so I can better understand customer enquiries and attempt to solve them or passing them to our managers or technicians.What you'll be doingYour responsibilities will include:Answering incoming customer phone callsKeeping impecable record of issues and enquiries into our CRM systemRecording information into Excel spreadsheetsAssisting our sales consultants with administrationScheduling appointmentsConducting an initial diagnosis of customer enquiries before escalating them where requiredLearning our solar,
