SJH Roofing Services Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Office Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team on a casual basis.
This position is based in Salisbury, QLD **** and offers the flexibility of casual work arrangements.
As Office Admin/Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office functions and financial administration.
This position is essential to supporting our business operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing administrative support to enable our team to focus on delivering quality roofing services to our clients.
Key responsibilities
Preparing regular financial reports and statements
Managing and reconciling bank statements
Handling payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable
Preparing Quotations for customers and responding to customer phone and email enquiries
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within a small business environment
Strong working knowledge of small business practices and accounting principles




Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
