As a casual Imaging Operator, you will play a crucial role in our document management and archive processes, ensuring the accurate and efficient digitisation of our important records.What you'll be doingScanning and indexing a variety of documents, including correspondence, contracts, and other business recordsEnsuring high-quality image capture and data entry to maintain the integrity of our document management systemPerforming quality assurance checks on scanned images to identify and correct any errorsCollaborating with team members to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvementsAdhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive informationWhat we're looking forProficiency in using document scanning and imaging equipment, with a solid attention to detailExcellent data entry and proofreading skills,
