We offer person-centred support to individuals of all ages - focusing not only on physical needs, but also on uplifting the overall quality of life for people with disability and their loved ones.What You'll DoSupport participants to achieve their goals and increase independence.Facilitate daily activities, outings, and community participation.Assist with personal care as required.Promote social inclusion and meaningful engagement.Ensure participant safety and wellbeing at all times.Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Follow organisational policies, procedures, and NDIS Practice Standards.Reside no more than 15 minutes from NorwestBe willing to work 2-hour shifts 5 days per week as outlined:



Monday & Tuesday & Sunday 5pm - 7pm; Thursday & Saturday: 8am - 10am (Please do not apply if you are not able to work short shifts)Certificate III or above in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services.NDIS Worker ScreeningWorking with Children CheckCurrent First Aid and CPR certificateValid Working Rights to work in AustraliaExcellentEnglishcommunication(verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsCurrent valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleAvailabilityMonday: 5pm - 7pmTuesday: 5pm - 7pmThursday: 8am - 10amSaturday: 8am - 10amSunday: 5pm - 7pmWhy Work with Us?
