including underperforming sitesDrive NPS and customer experience improvement initiatives across the dealer networkAnalyse customer feedback and NPS trends to identify opportunities and support dealerships in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyaltyFacilitate strategy and performance sessions with senior leaders and sales teamsDesign practical, creative training content and resourcesTravel interstate for site visits, training, and performance interventionsAssist the National Training & Performance Manager as requiredAbout YouThink energy, ideas, and people skills rolled into one.

Collaborative by nature, you balance professionalism with positivity and are a strong driver of results.You will ideally bring:Previous high-performing experience in automotive sales (essential)Experience in sales management and a strong understanding of dealership operations (highly desirable - not essential)Background in training, coaching, or performance roles within automotive or a similar industryStrong capability in data analytics, performance metrics, and reportingThe ability to translate data into explicit actions and coaching conversationsExperience supporting customer experience and NPS improvement outcomesA creative approach to training design and content developmentConfidence delivering training both virtually and face-to-faceWillingness and flexibility to travel interstate as required and internationally on occasionIf you are passionate about performance, people development, customer experience, and the automotive industry, and want to play a key role in elevating a national dealer network, we'd love to hear from you.
