This role is ideal for someone who is energised by coaching others, building a positive team culture, driving outcomes, and creating meaningful change for young people through employment, education and training pathways.Transition to Work (TtW) is a youth specialist employment service program that supports young people to develop practical skills to gain employment or connect with education or training.With over 20 years delivering youth specialist employment services, we understand everyone is unique – and so is their journey to finding work.

You may already be an experienced Team Leader within employment services, or you may be an experienced employment services professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career.
