Scopes of Work (SOWs), quotations and tender responsesSupporting the Sales team with technical presentations, solution demonstrations and customer workshopsDesigning systems incorporating displays, LED walls, projection, DSPs, control systems, digital signage, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Video Conferencing technologiesDeveloping IP-based AV, networked audio and collaboration solutionsConducting site inspections, client meetings and technical surveysProviding engineering support throughout installation, commissioning and project deliveryWorking closely with Project Managers, Programmers, Consultants and Installation teams to ensure successful project outcomesMaintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and staying current with emerging AV technologiesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience within Commercial Audio Visual Integration in a Pre-Sales, Design Engineering, Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architect role is a MUSTStrong knowledge of commercial AV technologies including DSPs, control systems, Unified Communications and Video ConferencingExperience producing AV schematics, technical documentation and system designsExposure to BOM creation, tender responses, quotations and solution proposalsExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skillsStrong understanding of networked AV, IP infrastructure and workplace collaboration technologiesHighly RegardedAVIXA CTS / CTS-D CertificationExperience with Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Extron, Cisco, Logitech, Poly, Microsoft Teams Rooms or similar technologiesAutoCAD, Visio or similar design software experienceExperience within commercial integration projects across Corporate, Government, Education or Healthcare environmentsPrevious experience supporting tenders, consultants or specification-based projects
