You'll own asset performance, tooling readiness, automation support, and capital project delivery across moulding, preform, blow moulding, and downstream assets.This is a role for someone who combines deep plastics manufacturing knowledge with a genuine appetite for AI, digital tools, automation, and change leadership.What You'll Be DoingLeading maintenance and reliability execution across moulding machines, preform, blow moulding, downstream automation, and associated utilitiesReducing reactive maintenance through disciplined PM, tooling care, defect elimination,



and failure preventionDriving root cause analysis on critical equipment failures, recurring stops, scrap events, and process instabilityLeading the safe introduction, optimisation, and support of robotic and automated systems across plastics and end-of-line handlingSupporting capital projects from business case through to commissioning and handoverUsing CMMS, machine data, and AI-enabled insights to identify trends in downtime, scrap, recurring faults, and improvement opportunitiesBuilding team capability in automation awareness, digital discipline, data literacy, and troubleshootingSupporting autonomous maintenance, strengthening operator and setter ownership of basic equipment careLeading your team through change, embedding recent technologies and smarter ways of workingWhat You'll BringTrade or technical background with experience in plastics manufacturing maintenance and reliabilityStrong understanding of preventive maintenance, asset reliability, and maintenance systems in high-speed environmentsDemonstrated leadership capability in a technical, maintenance, or plastics manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of CMMS, planning, and work order managementExperience with root cause analysis, defect elimination,
