Working a 12.5 hour rotating 7 day/night roster and reporting to the Mining Supervisor, you will be responsible for the protected, productive,



and efficient operation of the Modular D6 Dispatch system and a variety of Mining Equipment.What You'll Need3+ years' experience in operating Heavy Mining Equipment within an Open Cut Coal MineStrong safety mindset with ability to actively identify and report hazards/incidentsUnderstanding of key production metrics and the drive to meet targetsExcellent communication skillsEnthusiasm to positively contribute to site culture and work as a teamHigh attention to detail and precision in executing tasksAbility to work well under pressureProactive "Can Do" approach to work challenges.What We OfferBengalla values its people and their contribution to the operation.
