You'll lead subcontract crews, drive quality and safety, and play a key part in establishing JK Williams' own internal pipe crew, giving the business more control, better margins, and a stronger future.What you'll be doingSupervising all civil pipe installation across active projects — stormwater, sewer, watermain, culverts, pits and structuresKeeping crews on program, on spec,
