What You'll Do
Develop compelling technical content for bids and proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts and bid team members.
Ensure alignment with brand, marketing, and client expectations, particularly for Government and Defence submissions.
Contribute to win themes, messaging, and case studies, ensuring their integration into written and graphic content.
Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines.
Support bid workshops, kick‑off meetings, and post‑submission content management.

What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, procurement, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content, with solid proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
Familiarity with Defence‑specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication, organisation, and time‑management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
