In reflection of new projects being awarded, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Project Engineer to join a leading organisation with local operations in Newcastle.
The projects include Commercial and Residential works from $2-$20M.Key Responsibilities:As the Project Engineer, you will be supporting the Site Manager and the Project Manager with the following,Assist with project programs and schedulesWorking with the Estimating team during tender phase, issuing and reviewing RFI's, negotiating with sub-contractors.Contracts administration, managing variations and issuing invoicesCoordinate with subcontractors and relevant authoritiesProviding support to the Site Supervisors, with relevant documentation, ITP's and WHS requirementsOverseeing in office inductions and managing SWMSYour Experience:Demonstrated knowledge across the Building works across Commercial & Residential, ideally exposure to Civil works.Relevant Tertiary qualifications or Trade backgroundExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalMotivated team player and ability to work autonomously
