APG Workforce is seeking an experienced Program Support Officer (AO3) to join the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), based in Buderim.
North Coast Region, QLD$***** per hour + superMonday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
This role sits within the Governance and Design team and provides high-level administrative, coordination and operational support to the Stakeholder Management unit.
You will play a key role in managing priorities, improving processes and ensuring effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and triage high-volume inboxes, correspondence and stakeholder enquiriesProvide administrative and operational support across the teamMaintain databases, reporting tools and records with accuracyAssist with governance, compliance and document control activitiesPrepare reports, dashboards and updates for stakeholdersSupport engagement activities and coordination of resourcesIdentify opportunities to improve systems,
processes and workflows
About You:
Demonstrated experience in administration, program support or coordination rolesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsExperience managing stakeholder enquiries and correspondenceStrong Microsoft Office skills including Teams and SharePointAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environmentExperience within Queensland Government or public sector environments highly regarded
