Your responsibilities will include:Lead and coordinate tradespeople and labourers across all site activitiesEnforce safety regulations and company policies without exceptionAllocate resources,



equipment and materials to keep work moving efficientlyMonitor daily progress and hold the team to high-quality standardsBridge communication between site staff and managementTrain and mentor junior staff on the tools and on the jobAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A strong trade background with supervisory or leading hand experienceExcellent communication, leadership and strong problem-solving skillsA Class 2 licence (preferred but not essential) is highly desirableYour own vehicle, a valid driver's licence and reliable daily travelAbility to commute within a 20-minute drive of the job site each dayLocal candidates preferred with knowledge of the surrounding regionsStrong work ethic with the ability to lead and mentor your own teamWhat's in it for You?
