We are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Industrial Vacuum Operators.
About the Role:
As an Industrial Vacuum Operator, you'll play a vital role in delivering essential environmental and industrial services across site locations.
This is a hands‐on role where safety, teamwork, and reliability are key.
You'll be working across operational sites supporting vacuuming, cleaning, and environmental services using specialised equipment in a supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Operating vacuum trucks and travelling to job sites (short travel distances)
Completing safety documentation before work, including:
Take 5
SLAMS
JSEA
Isolation permits and lock out/tag out procedures
Setting up and managing vacuum hoses across multi‐level structures
Working in confined spaces and at heights safely and effectively
Environmental spill response and clean‐up
Maintaining equipment, cleaning trucks, and ensuring high housekeeping standards
What You'll Bring
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Reliability and a positive, can‐do attitude
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including overtime or weekends when required
Required Qualifications:
Confined Space Entry certification
Working at Heights certification
HR Truck Licence
