We are seeking an energetic person to support the General Insurance Broking team by managing the Claims experience for our clientsThis position will suit a self-motivated individual willing to contribute to our team culture.
Previous experience in claims processing in the General InsuranceBroking space is required.
Having a Tier 2 or Tier 1 accreditation in General Insurance Broking would be well regarded.Key Activities of the RoleClaims Management across Domestic and Commercial LinesClient contact and follow upSystems management and reportingRenewal Support as requiredTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:Experience in Claims in General Insurance BrokingStrong Customer Service Skills and a confident telephone mannerStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsGood Attention to detail and organisational skillsInitiative – to proactively work as part of the teamSuccessful short listed applicants will be contacted for either a phone interview or in-person interview.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
