The successful applicant will become an integral part of our operations and service team, critical to support our focus on customer delivery.The ideal candidate has(preferred but not required)Experience with Mac computers and Adobe Suite - Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoshopOffset and digital print knowledge backgroundBasic graphic designTeam playerWhat you'll be doingRunning and maintaining a range of digital print equipment (large format printers, copiers, and wide-format plotters)Preparing print-ready files and managing colour accuracy to ensure high-quality output every timeSupporting jobs from start to finish—from pre-press setup through to finishing and delivery prepKeeping an eye on stock,



consumables, and helping keep workflows running smoothlyWorking closely with the team to get jobs out on time and to a high standardJumping in with ideas on how we can work smarter, faster, and betterWhat we're looking forSolid experience in a digital print production workplace (2+ years minimum)Confident hands-on ability with digital print equipmentStrong skills in file preparation, colour management, and quality controlA sharp eye for detail—spotting issues before they become problemsCalm, capable, and reliable when things get busyGood time management and a team-first attitude
