About the RoleAs an Employment Coach, you'll provide job search, resume assistance, interviewing coaching and workplace readiness support.
You'll work closely with individuals facing barriers to employment, helping them gain confidence and secure sustainable job.Role ResponsibilitiesAssess individual's needs and create tailored pathways to employmentPerformance focused and work to individual targets and KPI'sParticipant support and coachingJob search, resume and cover letter supportInterview coachingIdentify and coordinate referrals to internal and external supportsCase management and documentationContinuous improvement and professional developmentMaintaining strong relationships with customers and employers / community partnersWhat we're looking forUnderstanding of trauma-informed practice and its application in employment servicesExperience in Employment ServicesKnowledges of job market trends and workplace expectationsAbility to identify barriers to employment and develop solutionsAbility to identify and secure opportunities for participants with person centred approach to support them achieving their individual life goals within their community by supporting them into sustainable employmentAbility to support each individual of any age / race etcKnowledge of resources and community programs available to individuals with disabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills,
