Join one of the world's most recognised and innovative brands.Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join its national Returns Logistics team based at Sydney Olympic Park.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the end-to-end returns process for finished goods and spare parts, partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while driving operational excellence.What You'll Be DoingManage Return Authority (RA) requests from creation through to warehouse receipt and closureCoordinate with 3PL partners to facilitate collections, deliveries and exchangesMonitor returns, resolve aged cases and manage escalations proactivelyReconcile logistics reports,
