Job Description
Manage and oversee property projects within the retail sector from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in property management.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
Implement best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Retail Project Manager should have:
Proven experience in project management within the retail industry.
