Whether you're answering calls or responding to emails, you play a pivotal role in order processing, issue resolution, and keeping things moving.
We see this role as the glue between our customers and the broader logistics team, and a truly valued part of our business.You'll be based in our Pinkenba office, working closely with a team of Customer Service Officers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Together, you will:Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and emailProcess orders and monitor delivery progressInvestigate and resolve customer enquiries in a timely and professional mannerProactively communicate with customers around transport delays or product availabilityCollaborate with the wider logistics team and contribute ideas on how we can continually improveWhat We OfferWhat's in it for you?
